Office Hours
Advanced Gastroenterology & Surgery Associates’ regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The staff will answer your phone calls between 9 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. In the evening and on weekends, there is an answering service that can take your message or contact the physician on call for a concern that needs to be addresses immediately.

Medical Emergencies
In the event of a life threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Advanced Gastroenterology & Surgery Associates, and they will contact us.

After Hours Urgent Medical Needs
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call the Advanced Gastroenterology & Surgery Associates office you visited. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

Prescription Requests
Prescription renewals for established patients of AGSA are routinely issued Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. You can make your request by calling the AGSA office you visited or use our online prescription renewal form. No renewals are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays. It is helpful to anticipate your renewal needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
