Rafael A. Fleites, M.D.
Dr. Fleites received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University, Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, in 1978. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital and a fellowship in gastroenterology at Case Western University, Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Following his fellowship, Dr. Fleites returned to Miami in 1984 where he was in private practice until 2007. In 2008 he joined a gastroenterology practice in Elyria, Ohio then returned to Florida to join AGSA.
Dr. Fleites is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Board of Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American College of Physicians and the American Gastroenterological Association. He speaks both English and Spanish.
